Are you interested in knowing your monthly electric and water use or are you tired of writing a check each month to pay your bill?
You will have the ability to change your PIN if you wish. If you should ever forget your PIN, just click on the Forgot PIN? link on the login page. You may also call us at (920) 766-5721 during regular business hours to request your PIN.
View Billing History and Energy Usage
You can review your utility bill online with this easy-to-use tool. By clicking on Billing History, you can access up to 24 months of billing history.
You can access and print up to 12 months of past electric, water and sewer usage history. After logging in to your account, click on Consumption History.
Make a Payment by Credit Card
When you are ready to pay your bill, just click the Make a Payment link. Since your payment is made electronically, you can rest assured that it is secure and on time. No more stamps to buy and no more checks to write.
You decide when and how much you want to pay, keeping in mind that the full bill amount should be paid by the bill due date. Use it whenever you choose. Use it when you forget to mail your payment or donít want to drive to a payment location to pay your bill.
Once you click the Submit button, the payment will reflect online immediately. When you make an online payment, we use fraud-protection software to prevent unauthorized access to your credit card and account information.
