WINTER MORATORIUM ENDS APRIL 15

The moratorium on residential service disconnection ends April 15. If your account with Kaukauna Utilities is in arrears, please contact us to discuss payment arrangements by calling our customer service line at 920-462-0234.

Assistance is available by contacting Energy Services with Outagamie County at 1-800-506-5596.

Customers who qualify for assistance with their heating bills will be approved for assistance through Kaukauna Utilities Public Benefits Program. All you need to do is send in a copy of your qualifying statement from Energy Services.
