Several customers notified us stating they received a call from a Wisconsin Utilities employee explaining their power will be disconnected if payment is not made immediately. This is NOT a legitimate phone call. Customers can always call Kaukauna Utilities Customer Service Department at 920-462-0234 to verify their account status. KU will never ask a customer to pay their bill over the phone immediately. Never give out your banking or personal information over the phone.
