Electric charges for residential dwellings are tax exempt during the winter months. Your bill will not reflect sales tax from November to April to comply with Wisconsin State Law.
Kaukauna Utilities is an official collection location for this year’s Toys for Tots campaign! KU customers who donate new toys will receive a free set of LED holiday lights. Donations accepted at our main office through December 8th, 2022.
Heading south for the winter? You may contact our Customer Service Department at 920-462-0234 to update your mailing address or let them know your monthly consumption may be decreasing. You may also sign up for pre-authorized payment with Kaukauna Utilities! Your bill can be paid each month by automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account at no additional cost.
