We have been notified by several customers stating that they have received a phone call from an individual claiming to be a Kaukauna Utilities employee. This imposter states that their account is delinquent and they will be disconnected if payment is not received within 30 minutes. This is NOT a legitimate phone call from Kaukauna Utilities. Customers can always call our customer service department at 920-766-5721 to verify if a call was made to them from the utility and/or verify their account status. Kaukauna Utilities will never ask customers to pay their bill over the phone immediately with prepaid cards. Never give out banking or personal information over the phone.
