Kaukauna Utilities is proud to be a public power utility. This means we are COMMUNITY-OWNED, NOT-FOR-PROFIT, AFFORDABLE, RELIABLE, and ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE! Visit www.publicpower.org to learn more about why a public power utility is so advantageous.
Please help us reduce energy and keep our roadways well lit. Day burners are streetlights that run continuously. They should shut off, but do not. This wastes energy and costs all of us money. Dark streetlights can be hazardous, especially during winter months. If you observe either of these situations, please report them by calling our Operations Department at 920-766-5721 or report the outage on our website. Thank you for your cooperation!
Scholarships Available – Kaukauna Utilities is proud to help in the educational efforts of our community’s youth. High school seniors, whose parents or legal guardians are customers of Kaukauna Utilities, are eligible for these scholarships. Application due Friday, March 1st.
If your business is tax exempt, please review your invoice(s) to ensure sales taxes for electric service charges are accurate. You may submit a tax exemption form to kumail@ku-wi.org. Attention Landlords/Property Managers! Did you know electricity for residential dwellings is tax exempt November to April each year? If this invoice is for an electric utility account where your tenants reside, you may qualify. Please note, Kaukauna Utilities will not provide tax advice, but Customer Service is available to answer any questions you might have.
