At Kaukauna Utilities (KU), safety and customer service are our top priorities. We recently sent out a direct mail piece encouraging all customers to take two important actions:

  1. Update Your Contact Information: Ensure we can reach you quickly during emergencies or outages.
  2. Sign Up for our Pre-Authorized Payment Plan: Enjoy the ease and peace of mind of automatic bill payments.

Contact Information

KU has been unable to reach several customers during emergency situations. Please ensure your contact information is updated in our system. How? Call our customer service department at 920-462-0234 and a representative will be able to assist you or email us with your updated information at kumail@ku-wi.org.

Why is updated contact information important for you?

  • For your safety during emergency situations, it is imperative that our staff reach you.
  • Kaukauna Utilities notifies customers of planned electric or water outages due to routine maintenance.
  • Our Outage Management System (OMS) can send text messages when power outages occur for your service location, outage updates, and inform you of power restoration.
  • If you’re a water customer, Kaukauna Utilities staff notifies you when your water meter appears on our water leaks report or if water will be shut off due to a water main break, plus estimated water restoration time.

Your KU bill can be paid each month by automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account through the pre-authorized payment plan. It’s easy to sign up, secure, dependable, and convenient! Sign up today for your chance to WIN:
