*Off-peak hours are 12:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. everyday; on-peak hours are 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, excluding holidays; standard rates apply during all other hours. Participation in the Nighttime EV Charging Plan is optional and does not involve any enrollment costs. You are required to remain on the plan for one full year from the date of enrollment. If you wish to return to the standard residential plan, you may do so without penalty at any time after one year.
